Terms and conditions

1. Key Definitions

  • Gambling – an activity of chance where two or more parties agree to risk funds in line with the rules established by the operator (the “Company”).
  • Betting – a subset of gambling where the wager depends on the outcome of an uncertain event.
  • Bet – the money, including electronic funds, that a registered user (“Client”) stakes with the Company in order to participate in gambling. Bets are accepted only under the terms published by the Company.
  • Betting Company / Operator – the licensed business entity that owns and manages the Website.
  • Client / Player – a natural person who places bets against the Company. Corporations or organizations cannot register or wager.
  • Outcome – the final result of an event, match, or incident on which a bet is placed.
  • Betting Line – the list of events and potential results displayed by the Company, including associated odds, date, and time. Once the event starts, bets on it are no longer accepted.
  • Winnings – cash or equivalent awarded to the Client once the result of an event has been officially determined.
  • Odds – numerical values that reflect the probability of an outcome and are used to calculate payouts.
  • Cancelled Bet – when the Company decides to void a wager or settle it at odds of 1.0.
  • Regular Time – the official length of a sporting contest as defined by its governing rules, inclusive of stoppage time but excluding extra periods, shootouts, or other tiebreakers.
  • Personal Account – the online account provided on the Website that allows Clients to view betting options, place wagers, and manage their profile.
  • Authorization Data – credentials used to access a Personal Account (typically username and password). The Company may require additional security measures.
  • Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) – a calculated percentage that estimates the average return of a particular game over time. RTP is a statistical concept and does not guarantee specific results for the Client.

If a Client is uncertain about any terminology, they must:

  1. Verify its meaning in the context of the wager or game.
  2. Contact customer support for clarification.
  3. Avoid placing bets until the rules are fully understood.

The Company accepts no responsibility for actions taken by Clients who wager without fully understanding the conditions.

2. General Principles

  • These Terms govern all betting activity, payouts, dispute handling, and sports wagering offered by the Company.
  • A placed bet automatically confirms that the Client has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
  • Acceptance of the Terms does not require a physical signature; digital confirmation suffices.
  • The Company may store data relating to registration, account activity, and use of authorization details.
  • The Company offers services globally except in jurisdictions where gambling is restricted or prohibited.

Responsible Gambling

The Company supports betting as a recreational activity and encourages Clients to gamble responsibly and within their limits.

If documents or data are found to be inaccurate, the Company may void bets, freeze accounts, or demand further proof.

  • Clients will be notified of changes via email.
  • The Company may also adjust products, services, or betting limits without prior notice, provided that wagers already placed are not affected.
